Discussion To Set A Date for a Public Workshop to discuss amending Chapter 13 of the Walton County Land Development Code; specifically those portions pertaining to colors, building materials, and landscaping materials. Task DRB Design Professionals to bring ideas and Landscape Professionals to the Workshop. On October 28, 2014, the Walton County BCC authorized the DRB to schedule this workshop.

The Design Review Board will make a recommendation on major developments to the Board of County Commissioners regarding these items either to approve, approve with conditions or to deny. Any item that is tabled will be scheduled for a future Design Review Board meeting and will not go forward to the Planning Commission until the Design Review Board makes a recommendation.

The regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Somerset Community Development District will be held on February 9, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. (CST) at the Alys Beach office, located at 9580 County Hwy 30A, Alys Beach, FL 32413. I. Statement of Purpose: By Release of this RFI, the Northwest Florida Area Agency on Aging, Inc. solicits from qualified parties, letters of interest in administering case management and in-home services for Community Care for the Elderly, Alzheimer’s Disease Initiative and Home Care for the Elderly in Walton County.

II. Qualifications of Potential Bidders: Responders must be incorporated as either for profit or a not for profit business in the State of Florida. The organization must have have an annual audit that exhibits sound financial practices. A history of successful interaction with state or federal agencies is preferred. A ten (10) percent match is required of the contracting agencies.

III. Contract Period: July 1, 2015 – June 30, 2016 with an option to renew an additional five (5) years.

IV. Funding Sources: State of Florida General Revenue Funds. Project continuation is contingent upon allocation of funds by the Florida Legislature.

V. Time Limit for RFI: Tuesday, February 10, 2015, 4:00 p.m. (CST). Failure of any entity to reply in writing on or before this date and time shall constitute a Ònot interestedÓ response.

VI.
