The Unison Update!

• Jul 23, 2024

Version 2 is finally here! Here's what's changed from version 1.9:

* This, the dreamy, and muted color packs have all been merged into one color pack.
- Seven new colors have been added! Citrus, Nighttime, Waking Up, Frozen, Burnt, Slicker, & Buried.
- The two glitchy colors as seen in version 1.9 have been removed.

The May 3rd update

New colors have been added!

For the main pack, the new colors are:
Chrome
Cobble
Pina Colada
Trooper
CGA 2
CYMK
Stained
Old SRB2 Ring -

Might change in the future since it's hard to really convert this into a good-looking palette.

Transitional CGA has been removed. Didn't really see an appeal to it anymore so CGA 2 takes its spot.

In the Dreamy pack, the new colors are:
Eclipse
Bismuth
Bliss has also been fixed.

The Apple Basket Update

A simple six new colors have been added.
If you recall how the old format goes before the revamped description, we got the color on the left, and the influence on the right (when/if applicable).

The December Update

Sure has been a while, huh? Let's brush the dust off and see what's new.

To begin, the color Workshop has been recovered! (How it wasn't in v1.6 I have no idea ._.)
Now for the new colors...

Main pack:
- Lemon has been renamed to Lemonade because 2.2.13.
- Pepper has also been renamed to Nacho Pepper. Also because 2.2.13.
- Wonder has been split into two colors: Wonderous and Wonderful.
- Limited Genesis has been added, reflecting the original Sonic 1 palette.
- Industrial - INDUSTRIAL SOCIETY AND IT'S FUTURE-
- Rustic Glaze - I was thinking of glazed donuts. And Dunkin' Donuts.
- Lowspec - Thinking of the website Lospec. It has tons of palettes for pixel artists and other resources.
- Forumpage - The SRB2 Message Board. The largest repository for SRB2 mods.
- Feeling - I couldn't think of another name for this :/
- Peachflow - idk i just thought it would look pretty
- Blood - Right what it says on the tin.
- Because of 2.2.13 once again, PLAYPAL Orange, Red, and Blue are here as well in case you don't want a Sonic 2-esque orange palette. Sometimes the older version is preferred, y'know?

Dreamy pack:
- Outreach - Was gonna be called Daybreak, but since 2.2.13's a thing, I can't call it that.
- Flash
- Ascend - Just thought it'd look cool .3.

Muted pack stays the same for now.
And for readability reasons, I've trimmed down the post overview tab.

The October 4th Update!

I've been meaning to get this update out, but we have some new colors around! How many, you ask?

- Seashell - Inspired by a beach walk one day.
- Turnip
- Morning Sun - The flag of Japan.
- Imitation Crab
- Hydrate - Water
- Magnetic - Magnets!
- Luminate - Lightbulbs!
- Fate - Heaven or hell?
- Goober - Smuckers' Peanut Butter and Jelly combo.
- Sugarfed - Sugary Spire afterimage colors.
- Deprivation
- Royal Blue
- Carrot
- Colorless Boy - The Game Boy, sans the green!
- Sakura Boy - The Game Boy, but pink!
- 4-tone CGA - This was meant to be the original CGA skincolor but I had an error with the value table in the file and it wasn't added till just now.
- Greater Gold - Gold, but better! This was also made to commemorate this mod going free to use now.
- Old Timer - Sepia-esque vintage films.
- Undead - The zombies!!!!! OH NOES!!!!!
- Joke Color: Why the hell are you using this? - Exactly what it says on the tin.

Some existing colors have also been updated too:
Beeper, Game Boy, Virtual Boy, and Sakura have all been fixed and updated.

One more note, for this update, and it's a big one:
These colors are now free to use! After having thought about it for a while I decided to let these colors flourish freely within the different modding realms of Sonic Robo Blast 2! So feel free to use any of these colors for your custom characters, palette changes, LUA, whatever it may be! Have fun!

The "8-8" update!

We got 9 new colors added to the main pack, bringing the entire color collection up to a solid 120!

What are the new colors?

• Spectrum - Been doing a lotta self-contemplation off-screen.
• Comet - Was thinking about a charm I saw when I was at Michael's one time.
• 255 - Literally just value 255 in SRB2's PLAYPAL file.
• Beeper - BeepBox! (And JummBox too if you want)
• Grandiose - Mario 7? Is that the one I played. Huh, let's check it out. GRAND DAD! FLEENSTONES!?!?!? uuuuuuughh.....
• Chilly - Winter season.
• Slick - TTYD; the scene after not-you gets the crystal star and breaks the fourth wall.
• Jolly - Christmas.
• Frightful - Halloween.
