I don’t typically blow companies up on here, but @GetSpectrum/@Ask_Spectrum receives the distinction of being the first brand in my entire consumer life to deliver a customer service experience so awful that I’ll be taking my business to a competitor. *3 hours* of my Sat wasted.

@GetSpectrum ur customer service is some of the worst ever. From beginning to end. It’s been a week since I visited a store, called about 100x - not exaggerating, had a tech come out that. Still no internet. Receive a diff answer with every employee & no one follows up or cares

@3c3p3d @Ask_Spectrum Thank you for the account information. We are aware of the issue with ESPN in the area currently. Our technicians are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but we have not been provided an ETA for restoration

@Ask_Spectrum why have espn and espn disappeared from Spectrum app on all of my devices? No, I have not made any changes, yes I’ve restarted router... based on a quick search I’m definitely not alone in these issues today.

After two hours on the phone with @GetSpectrum I’m now standing in the store waiting for nearly another hour after the employees were rude when I asked for assistance with the kiosk. They have also refused to let me speak to a manager.

@alygeee @GetSpectrum Problem is, you talk to someone about your issue & they say they can help you, but then they can’t help so they have to transfer you. So now you have to repeat your issue again and then that person says they can only partially help and they will need to transfer you again.
